Miller Parris was my father's solicitors. Two months ago, on behalf of my mother, I enquired about the deeds of the house and if Miller Parris had them. I sent an email to their 'info' address, and received no reply. Eight days ago, I made enquires concerning power of attorney and emailed Martin Troy, the chap who deals with these matters. Again no reply. Both emails were simple, straightforward and polite. Miller Parris make great show of email contact, dedicating a webpage to the 'team' with emails for each. For solicitors, I would've thought courtesy to be obligatory. Miller Parris don't know the meaning of the word. edit: no record? A spurious excuse if ever there was one.  Both emails are in my 'sent' folder - sent to two of your email addresses. If you can't own up to the fact that the 'team' simply ignored them preferring instead to place priority on a phone call, then maybe you should stay in your room until mummy says you can come out.
